The Fifth & Fastest Velociti Brushless System
Novak's FASTEST Racing Brushless System
Just when you thought you had the fastest brushless motor system, a new one comes along thats even faster. Case in point: Novaks Velociti 3.5R Racing Brushless Motor System (#3000). The 3 1/2-turn brushless motor is the fifth and fastest motor to be released in Novaks Velociti-series motors, superseding the wicked fast Velociti 4.5R Racing Brushless Motor (#3404) and System (#3001). The GTB/Velociti 3.5R System is ideal for customers wanting the fastest brushless motor and for top-level competition touring car applications.
Because Novak's Velociti-series motors are specifically developed for the GTB, and each system is factory-tested, racers can be assured that any of the five GTB/Velociti Systems will provide optimum performance. If youre looking for a competitive, out-of-the-box, ready-to-race brushless system, any of Novak's GTB/Velociti Brushless Systems are the way to go.
NOVAKS GTB RACING ESC
The GTB Racing Programmable Brushless/Brush ESC, the speed control used for the Velociti systems, is packed full of features. This versatile ESC can be used with either brushless or brushed motors, has no brushed motor limit, and is compatible with all Novak 540-size sensored brushless motors.
The GTB is also programmable with a user-friendly interface, including 4 different color status LEDs that make programming extremely easy. The brushless mode has 4 adjustable parameters, including Minimum Brake, Drag Brake, Deadband, and Minimum Drive. The brushed mode is fully programmable with all of the adjustments of the brushless mode, plus adjustable Drive Frequency.
NOVAK'S VELOCITI 3.5R MOTOR
Each motor is factory hand-wound and is put through rigorous testing, including a final dyno test to ensure that each Velociti motor meets Novaks rigid specifications. The Velociti 3.5R motor has not yet been submitted for ROAR approval.
While the Velociti 3.5R Brushless Motor looks just like the Velociti 4.5R, the differences are noticeable behind the wheel. Like all Velociti-series motors, the 3.5R motor is compatible with Novaks GTB Racing Programmable Brushless/Brush ESC. It has the same dimensions as all of the other Velociti motors, and sports the lightweight aluminum ribbed end bells and improved solder tab system as the Velociti 4.5R.
NICKEL-PLATED FOR A SILVER LINING
Low turns and an exclusively designed Nickel-plated Sintered Neodymium rotor make the 3.5R system the fastest Velociti Brushless System. The new ROAR-approved, high-performance rotor is different from the original Velociti rotor, and provides many benefits including:
- Significantly increased magnetic strength
- Improved, stronger motor braking power
- Improved performance in higher temperature conditions
- Improved motor acceleration and power
- Higher efficiency
- Lower current draw
- Nickel-plated for a long lasting, smooth, clean finish
The Nickel-plated Sintered Neodymium rotor comes standard with the Velociti 3.5R Brushless Motor. It can also be purchased separately as an accessory item (#5908) for the following products: Velociti-series motors, SS13.5 (#3413), Crawler (#3418), and for SS5800 (#3400) and SS4300 (#3401) motors that have had the Velociti upgrade end bell installed. No modifications to the motor or ESC are needed. Simply remove the standard rotor and install the new rotor.
