Novak X-Drive Success Down Under

Team Novak’s X-Drive technology continues to dominate the tracks with Ray Munday doing “The Triple” at Round 2 of the ORCCA Drivers series in Bendigo, Central Victoria, Australia.

Novak Team Driver, Ray Munday, scores a "Triple," winning 2WD Open, 4WD Open and SCT!

99 entries were received for this event which,for the first time in 17 years, was held in the historic goldrush town of Bendigo.The Bendigo Badlands (www.badrc.net) track was a slightly shortened 1/8 track with a sandy surface, which required a lot of power, but also fine low-speed control on the tricky surface. After the dust settled, it was Team Novak factory driver Ray Munday TQ-ing and winning 2wd Open, 4wd Open and the SCT class with his Novak-powered, JConcepts-equipped Associated vehicles.

The Novak Havoc Pro SC with X-Drive / Ballistic brushless motor combination showed an awesome balance of speed and control to help extend his lead in the 2012 series.

Congratulations also go out to Wodonga driver, Matt Robinson, whose Novak-powered vehicle also won the highly competitive 2wd stock class.
