Novak sponsored the 9th Annual Karl Mackie Memorial Race Agaisnt Cancer. The event was held on November 13th in Ontario, Canada and benefited the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Mr. Karl Mackie. This year's event attracted over 65 drivers in 6 classes for 122 total entries, the highest number of entries yet. The race raised more than $4400.00, the highest total for the event to date. Since its start nine years ago, the Memorial Race has raised over $21550.00.
